With Observations we establish how your product/service is used by respondents through observation, rather than directing respondent actions and comments though a predetermined set of questions in an interview.

We identify respondent behaviour and needs without the effect of respondent / interviewer 'noise'. This indirect interview technique is particularly useful, when:

  • respondents don't realise when they use compensatory behaviour
